RRRenai Privacy Notice

RRRenai collects contact information so we can respond to offer claims, membership interest, restaurant applications, supplier interest, sponsor inquiries, and partner requests.

We may collect your name, email, phone number, organization, audience type, island or location, products or services, campaign interest, offer claim details, and any notes you choose to submit. We may also collect source and campaign information, such as UTM fields, so we can understand which outreach brought you to RRRenai.

We use submitted information to follow up by email, phone, or text, manage campaign participation, prevent duplicate offer claims, route inquiries to the right team member, and report aggregated campaign results to sponsors and partners.

When you separately choose to receive RRRenai updates, local offers, or campaign news, we may send promotional email. Marketing messages will include a way to unsubscribe. Submitting an inquiry or claiming an offer does not require you to opt in to promotional email.

Sponsor and partner reports should use aggregate campaign activity unless a participant has agreed to be publicly featured. We do not sell personal contact information.

RRRenai uses service providers such as hosting, form, database, and email tools to operate the site and manage submissions. The HiGPA producer intake form is currently processed through Netlify Forms. Other campaign and membership forms may be stored in Supabase.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank account details, passwords, tax returns, private financial statements, or grant portal credentials through public RRRenai forms.
